Visiting this website

Our hosting system processes technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested address, browser information and status codes. This supports website operation, troubleshooting and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.

Contact form and email

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, optional company and website, message and selected service. We use this information to handle and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication. Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries are sent to ast.mediainternational@gmail.com and additionally stored in encrypted form in the website system to protect against delivery failures. Failed deliveries may be retried. Form protection

We use technical measures against automated and abusive submissions, including a hidden check field, a time-limited form token and submission limits. A derived, non-public IP check value is stored temporarily for this purpose. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Protection against abusive traffic

Our existing Ads Shield system protects the website and advertising campaigns against abuse. It processes technical browser and access information and device identifiers to detect automated or repeated abusive visits. The Fingerprint service is configured for its European processing region. Cookies, fonts and embedded content

Fonts and images load from our own server. With your prior consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland) to measure page views and contact actions. Usage and device information is sent to Google; processing in the USA is possible. Analytics cookies last up to 60 days and event data is retained for two months. Form contents, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent to Analytics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”. Analytics stays off without consent. Linked project websites are covered by their respective operators’ notices.

Retention and recipients

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request, manage a resulting business relationship or meet legal retention requirements. Technical backups are overwritten as part of operational backup cycles. Access is limited to people handling the request and necessary hosting and email providers.

Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
